We are looking for you to join us immediately in Berlin, Munich, Bergkirchen (near Munich) or remote – wherever you are – as a Customer Service Specialist Dutch (m/f/d) on a full or part-time basis.

YOUR TASKS AT MYPOSTER

  • As a direct contact person for our Dutch customers, you answer all questions independently, professionally and with a lot of empathy by phone and e-mail
  • Customer communication via alternative channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, chat) is also one of your tasks
  • You advise our customers regarding our products, the navigation on our homepage and the order process
  • You take on board the ideas and comments of our customers and are committed to their implementation at MYPOSTER
  • You enjoy contributing to cross-departmental projects to ensure customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS TO BRING ALONG

  • You speak Dutch at C2 level
  • Thanks to your good English skills you can easily communicate with your colleagues – knowledge of German is an advantage, but not a must!
  • Ideally, you already have gained some experience in customer service
  • You like to put a smile on other people’s faces & infect them with your positive attitude
  • You are extremely customer-oriented and impress with a very open and friendly manner
  • You like to communicate – especially on the phone and via e-mail
  • Even in stressful situations or under pressure you remain polite and courteous
  • You work solution-oriented and efficiently
